These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GEO Space - Arrow Dash (the “Game”). By creating an account, publishing content, or using online features, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

The Game is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. You must be old enough to consent to these Terms where you live.

2. The Game

GEO Space - Arrow Dash is provided for personal entertainment. JALabs may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time.

The Game currently has no advertising and no in-app purchases.

3. Accounts

Some features, such as email sign-in and cloud backup of My Levels, require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

You may delete your account in the Game through Settings → DELETE ACCOUNT. See our Account & Data Deletion page for details.

4. Your content

The Level Builder lets you create custom levels on your device. If you choose to publish a level to Community Levels, you represent that:

• You created the content or have the rights needed to share it
• Your content does not violate law or these Terms
• Your content does not infringe another person’s rights

You keep ownership of content you create. By publishing to Community Levels, you grant JALabs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and make your published level available to other players through the Game and related services.

JALabs may review, reject, remove, or restrict published content at any time, including for moderation, legal, or safety reasons.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Game for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Game or its services
• Upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Manipulate leaderboards, ratings, or other online systems through cheating or automation

6. Suspension and termination

JALabs may suspend or terminate access to online features or accounts if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other players, or harmed the service.

7. Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JALabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Game.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of online features after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
