JALabs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and operates mobile games and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information.
This policy applies only to JALabs games explicitly listed under “Game-Specific Disclosures.” Each game’s section describes the services and data handling applicable to that game.
GEO Space - Arrow Dash does not contain advertising or offer in-app purchases.

We share information only with service providers required to operate the applicable game, as identified in its game-specific disclosure.
We do not sell personal information.
We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our users, services, rights, or property.
Locally stored game data remains on the player’s device until it is deleted by the player, removed through the game’s available controls, or erased when the game is uninstalled, subject to platform behavior.
Online leaderboard and backend records are retained while required to provide the relevant service or until a valid deletion request is completed, unless retention is required by law, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations.
Analytics information is retained according to our configured provider settings and deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
To request access to or deletion of applicable information, contact us at the address below. Include the game name and enough information to identify the relevant record, such as a leaderboard display name or player identifier. We may request reasonable verification before completing a request.
GEO Space - Arrow Dash is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum applicable age in their jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can investigate and delete it where required.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the player’s country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international data transfers.
A future JALabs game is not covered merely because it was developed by JALabs. Before release, its name, services, collected information, purposes, and applicable features will be added to the Game-Specific Disclosures section.
We may update this policy when our games, service providers, or legal obligations change. The updated policy will display a revised “Last updated” date.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent before materially changing how personal information is processed.
